Custom (A.K.A.: "normal") commissions slots are opened within special announcement in the Discord or FA Journal.Stream commissions are painted on the working days or weekend by claimed slots.

Custom Comms

Custom commission tier is for those who prefer the optimal quality and it consumes the most time (depending on the task). For this reason, its costs are above the rest of the available commission types. I will need all refs and descriptions to create something with care and done properly.[To get a Full HD custom commission you have to claim several slots and watch me streaming.
DM me the description, refs and ect so I could tell you the approximated time in slots (days).[1 slot for a Full HD custom commission = ~16000 rub (price will be clarified according to the daily EUR rate)]Price doesn't depend on portrait/half or full body type.
Number of slots strongly depends on complicated clothing/pose or BG detailing. The object of the work being SFW or NSFW does not influence the price.Need to clarify the price/time? Ask me.

Stream Comms

The stream tier commission is a fast (2-12 hrs) artwork made during a day. Tiers: sketch, flat colored sketch or speedpaint (details below).
The price is to be intended "per character" and alternative versions or level of detailing needed may alter it by making it more elevated.
A single slot cannot contain more than 2 characters. I take no more than 2 slots during per each streaming day.

STICKERS / EMOTES

Price: starting from 3000 rub per each sticker involved.
LIMITED NUMBER PER SLOT- 3-5 emotes!Background: not planned.Alternate versions: starting from 700 rub per each alt.Nonstandard designs with complexities to overcome: starting from 950 rub extra fee per each. Ask me for a quote. (examples include complex horns, multiple heads, hair decorations and jewelry and ect.)

SKETCH PAGE

Price: from 14000 rub full stream drawing.
TIME LIMITED - 7-8 streaming hours !Price: from 7000 rub half stream drawing.

Other Important Terms

1. Payment: Unless an auction is taking place, payment is 100% in advance withing 48 hours of accepting the commission. Choice of EasyStart https://appstart.easystaff.io/easylancer/proann or Alfa-Bank. Payments are in EURO (you could re-calculate the actual sum in euro according to the official daily exchange rate RUB-EUR)1.1. Auctions must follow the rules on the auction submission itself, never hide your bid or retract them, only make a bid if you are serious. In case of the forerunner breaching this term i will ask the previous bidder to step in.1.2. Auction sniping (the practice of waiting the last few minutes/hours of an auction to outbid by the minimum amount the previous bidder) is forbidden. If this happens i will contact the second in line and allow them to outbid the "sniper" and then allow a bit of a "grace period" for the price to settle.2. Queue: Work order is based on time of received payment. First received payment is the first to be added on the queue. You can check your placement in the queue in DM. Same for claiming a slot - just DM me!3. References and detailing of the commission: I accept direct messages on discord or notes on FA (both main account and NSFW account).4. Work Process: please be open and honest with your commission request and feedback, I cannot read your mind, therefore anything unsaid in the commission details and the references, will obviously not be considered.4.1. Unclear references or references of poor quality will lead to extra work to correct the mistakes. This might lead to more time to execute the drawing and therefore might lead to extra fees.4.2. Be clear in explaining what you need before the commission starts. Simple misunderstandings might be easily fixed but the streaming of art is offered to make sure that everything is as detailed. Once the commission details have been accepted, changing them will incur in extra fees or might be denied.4.3. "Simple misunderstandings" described above include simple changes of colors or small line alterations. Once the rendering is too advanced, understanding where is a mistake might lead to a lot of redrawing. So, make sure to ask for corrections when it is still simple to make them.4.4. If you need to be absent during a stream commission, be aware that this will lead to your forfeit of the commission slot or the right to edits and corrections. Therefore an agreement should take place before your absence. In absence of any previous agreement the commission will be considered forfeited and a refund might be issued or the commission might be rescheduled.5. Resolution of conflicts and refunds: refunding is possible only if i have not started on you work, and you decide to cancel it. After the base sketch is done, only partial refunds are possible, based on "equivalent tier" of the commission (Sometimes I could change my mind due to personal reasons or abusing/cheating from Commissioner's side). Once the commission is complete, refunding is not possible anymore.5.1. Once a work has been refunded, the commission slot is removed and the commission queue proceeds to the next in line.6. Regular Customers Perk: after I have worked with you at least 3 times, you may be allowed some perks including partial advance payment or payment plans.6.1 As part of the perks private commissions can be arranged (art that will not be published). They will always come with a 100% additional fee. Claiming such art to be "of your own making" and/or not crediting the artist (me) is considered a breach of contract and will lead to legal action.7. On accepting or Declining a commission: I reserve the right to accept or decline your commission, even if I had accepted it at an earlier time. Reasons may include the realization of a work requiring skills I do not yet possess or private reasons. Partial or full refunds may happen if this is the case.7.1. On accepting or declining corrections to a commission: I reserve the right to accept or decline edits to a commission in progress, for personal reasons or because such edits might require too much time (this second reason is usually used in on-stream commissions since multiple slots to be drawn in the same day).7.2. I do not draw: mechanical, super/hyper, unrealistic fat bodies, inflation, scatological art. In part for the lack of skill in such things, in part because they are not among things I normally consider pleasant to draw. If I notice the art will not be aesthetically pleasing from my point of view, or will take up too much time, I reserve the right to rescind the commission even after accepting it.7.3. Example of refusal of art: precise and functioning technical drawings are not part of my skillset. If I notice the art will either not be aesthetically pleasing from my point of view, or will take up too much time I will rescind the commission.8. Intellectual property: In general what the customer retains is "the character", the art itself done by me is a paid work that produces "a likeness". I retain the rights on the product of my work (that is: the specific likeness produced by me), selling copies of my work is prohibited unless there is an agreement.8.1. I can do what I deem necessary with the original art drawn by me. This includes things such as: selling it via printing services (posters, mugs, t-shirts).8.2. I do not claim ownership on intellectual property of the character itself which will be kept by the commissioner. Only of the likeness produced by me.8.3. Fair use of the likeness produced by me include: non-profit prints, showing it in public, use for roleplay (by the commissioner alone), etc.8.4. Re-selling of the art itself (the likeness produced by me) for profit should be discussed first with me. Usually selling a character with all the art included is part of the fair use, but selling only a specific piece of art made by me, or copies of it (prints, NFTs, etc.) requires that I have to be informed and an agreement should be reached about it, before the selling proceeds.8.5. Any art posted online should be at a lower resolution than the one provided to the customer and should not be altered to hide the artist ("art theft").8.6. Sharing of "work in progress" pictures is considered a breach of 8.5, as it can lead to lengthy discussions to prove "art theft".8.7. Derogatory treatment of the likeness or artwork produced by me (the artist) is forbidden.8.8. I am not responsible for the deleted or missing commissions of the customer due to accidents improper storage. Replacing art lost to "bit rot", or storage destruction, or similar things usually poses no problem, however: i will not redraw art lost by both parties involved without compensation.9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Russian Federation andmay not be varied except by agreement in writing. You (the customer) and me (the artist) submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rostov Regional Court and/or Taganrog City Court.
